It is then processed through a series of processes to produce a special corundum abrasive with stable physical and chemical properties and outstanding core performance.
White Aluminum For Mounted Points
The special and unique physical and chemical properties make white aluminum for mounted points suitable for grinding wheel grinding head grinding needs, and it performs outstandingly in high hardness material precision shaping and high finish surface processing scenarios.
Brown Aluminum For Mounted Points
Flexible grinding scenarios with manual or small machines are typical processing scenarios for brown aluminum for mounted points. It is also suitable for mainstream abrasives such as processing ordinary metal materials, removing burrs/reshaping.
Aluminum oxide abrasive comes in three colors — white, pink and brown — and each color has a set of qualities that are better for some applications than others. White and pink work best for creating a smoother finish. White works best for lacquers and woods for its precision performance and lower heat generation. Pink is ideal for sharpening, grinding and soft wood.
Brown has a stronger grain that takes longer to deteriorate than its pink and white counterparts. This higher durability makes it better suited to hard materials.
