Our Brown Fused Alumina Sandblasting materials are produced using raw materials from a tilting furnace process, with an aluminum content of 95%-97%, a Mohs hardness of 9, and a bulk density of 1.53-1.99 g/m³. We produce brown Brown Fused Alumina Sandblasting F8 to F240. These products are high in strength and hardness, possess excellent self-sharpening properties, and are recyclable, providing customers with superior blasting results and significantly reduced costs. Brown Fused Alumina Sandblasting materials have a wide range of applications, including steel rust removal, oxide scale removal, pre-coating anchoring texture treatment, old paint removal, and mold cleaning. Typically, F8-F24 are used for heavy-duty rust removal, F30-F80 for surface treatment, and F100-F240 for fine grinding and polishing.
