White Aluminum for Ceramic Wheels (WFA), being harder and more stable, is suitable for fine grinding and high surface quality requirements.
- Lifespan and Surface Quality:
Under high pressure and high speed fine grinding, WFA offers longer lifespan and lower surface defects; however, in high-volume production with high removal rates, Chinese-made brown fused alumina often achieves the same or faster processing cycles at a lower unit cost.
