What impact do metallic and non-metallic abrasives have on the industrial sector?
Specialization is key. Leave everything to the manufacturer to ensure a smooth and successful manufacturing process.

High-strength metal abrasives are high-quality steel grit blasting in our daily processing.Mainly used for rust removal, surface roughening, and coating pretreatment. If you are a wholesale customer, we believe your primary concerns are quantifiable performance, economical recycling, and operational stability.
As a professional manufacturer, we control the chemical composition (XRF/ICP) of our steel grit sand production: C, Mn, Si, etc., within reasonable ranges. To address concerns about impact energy, springback, and recycling, we maintain the density at 7.7–7.9 g/cm³. Durability determines the specific mass loss after standard cycles and also reduces the frequency of production changes. On-site recovery rate (%) and magnetic separation data are feasible, and finally, high-quality steel grit sand material is produced according to the embrittlement index under ISO/ASTM standards.
Steel shot polishing is a special heat-treated spherical steel metal abrasive materials. Due to its concentrated kinetic energy, uniform impact, and recyclability, it is now widely used for polishing and deburring metal parts, molds, aluminum parts, and precision components. As a manufacturer of raw materials, our wholesale customers are most concerned about particle size control, particle shape, hardness/toughness, breakage rate, and recycling economics, all of which affect processing efficiency, surface quality, and total cost.
We understand this deeply, so we provide data reports on the composition of our products, such as C, Mn, and Si, as well as batch reports for our steel metal shot products. If customers require specific particle size, we will also provide PSD images and sieve size comparisons to help them find the most suitable particle size for further communication. The particle shape (sphericity) and surface finish (SEM) are characterized by uniform impact, low scratches, and better treatment of surface cracks and oxide scale. True density of steel metal shot also 7.7–7.9 g/cm³. Hardness and quenching and tempering processes further prevent breakage during processing and reduce attack.
