What raw material is ideal for highlighting the perfect processing performance of mounted points?

Based on factors such as removal efficiency, surface quality, durability, cleanliness, and cost, many key raw materials are selected, including BFA (brown fused alumina), WFA (white fused aluminum oxide), and PA (chromium fused alumina). Whether brown aluminum for mounted points or other abrasives for mounting points, we are committed to demonstrating quantifiable performance indicators, batch stability, and field adaptability.

We categorize particle sizes by application (coarse/medium/fine/micro powder) and provide particle size profiles and corresponding sieve sizes. For binders, we offer compatibility with resins, ceramics/sintered materials, rubber, or electroplated materials, and will provide and indicate the applicable rotational speed range (max RPM) according to customer requirements.

  • Brown fused alumina (BFA) - Lower cost, high removal rate, and good self-sharpening properties. Suitable for rough machining, rapid deburring, and high-volume general grinding.
  • White fused alumina (WFA) - High purity, low impurities, and more uniform particle size. Suitable for fine grinding, surface finish, and applications requiring cleanliness/no color deviation (electronics, precision molds).
  • Pink alumium for mounted points - More impact resistant and tougher under certain thermal/stress conditions. Suitable for high-intensity grinding, special alloys, and grinding heads requiring higher durability. Customers should specify the required Cr content and discuss relevant high-temperature performance data.
