Which performance combination should I choose for wholesale production lines?
-
Our wholesale customers typically purchase polishing steel grit of a relatively fine grade to minimize breakage. These grits require a narrow PSD, low fines content, a regularly angular fracture, and controlled brittleness. This ensures consistent microcutting and minimizes embedded material and thermal effects. In production, we control hardness (HRC/HV) and narrow grading through heat treatment, fine screening, and magnetic separation. Our high-quality steel grit is produced through verification and testing of relevant data reports, including laser PSD (d10/d50/d90), SEM particle shape, fines content (<75µm%), and Ra/Gloss comparisons before and after polishing.
Compared to steel shot, the angle of steel grit is more effective in removing localized oxide layers, making it suitable for polishing lines requiring light to medium removal and controlled post-processing.

We can combine PSD, SEM, hardness, coverage/profile, fragmentation rate, dust, ICP and other data with customer customization needs and give priority to arranging free samples for customers to experience. Everything is just for customized service to every customer.

When it comes to steel grit for sandblasting, as an excellent and professional manufacturer, we prioritize coverage (m²/kg), profile depth (µm), fragmentation rate and recycle times, as well as dust control. Because we typically use harder and more impact-resistant grades, we maintain a horny fracture surface while achieving the desired anchor pattern.
We have a responsibility and obligation to provide each of our wholesale customers with bench coverage/profile reports, cyclic fragmentation curves, dust and respirable particulate matter mg/m³, and comparative coating adhesion (ASTM D4541) testing. This ensures that our high-quality steel grit achieves both efficient roughening and controlled fragmentation in a closed-loop system, compared to natural sand or steel shot.
