Specialized equipment and dedicated services from a dedicated supplier to our clients.

Brown fused alumina (BFA), a representative product in aluminum oxide abrasives, is a high-quality brown fused alumina block primarily produced by melting and sintering bauxite in a high-temperature electric arc furnace. Generally, brown corundum for abrasives and grinding tools, and mostly used for refractory materials, surface treatments, even as a blasting medium. Wholesale customers are often concerned with energy efficiency, consistent batch production, and cost control. As a professional manufacturer, we deeply understand our customers' customized needs, because only when our customers are satisfied can we feel at ease.

Focus on production quality, specialize in understanding customer needs.

Regarding the chemical composition, the typical component of brown fused alumina is Al₂O₃, with a content generally ≥95%. As a qualified manufacturer, we offer optional grades (such as coarse, medium, fine, and micro powders) for different applications, and we also provide PSD curves and sieving reports upon customer request. Brown fused aluminum oxide products, with their excellent refractory properties, are frequently noticed by customers for their use in refractory materials. Their high-temperature strength, sintering behavior, and coefficient of thermal expansion are also closely related to the brown corundum for refractory. The particle shape of brown fused alumina products affects cutting behavior, while BET (m²/g) affects bonding and sintering.

As for the physical parameters of brown fused alumina products, professional equipment testing shows that, under normal conditions, brown fused alumina can achieve a true density of ≈3.9–4.0 g/cm³ and a Mohs hardness of ≈9.

Product quality is our top priority, and serving our customers is our fundamental principle.

High removal rate and self-sharpening, low pulverization, low consumable costs, batch consistency, reduced commissioning time, and customizable particle size and packaging are just some of the many performance characteristics that determine the high performance of brown fused alumina products. This also makes brown corundum for other applications suitable.

Furthermore, our focus on every aspect of production ensures faster delivery times, lower minimum order quantities, closer delivery ports, and more efficient product inspection and return policies, giving us a significant advantage over other manufacturers.
