What is the special charm of brown raw materials?

Brown Corundum for Abrasives
As an excellent manufacturer with strong capabilities, extensive experience, and professional expertise, our high-quality brown fused alumina (BFA) is made from high-quality bauxite, smelted in an electric arc furnace at temperatures exceeding 2000°C, cooled, crushed, and screened to create a high-hardness abrasive. It is a key element in achieving the most economical and practical results in precision grinding and polishing of metal parts, bearings, and gears; medium- and coarse-grinding processes in mold and tool manufacturing; surface treatment of stainless steel components and valves; and even in precision processes such as deburring and surface finishing in the machining industry. It is a crucial raw material in our daily operations.
Because of our high-quality brown fused aluminum oxide combines stable performance with manageable costs, it is currently one of the most economical and universally applicable materials in the abrasives industry. Furthermore, our increasingly stable particle size control makes it a preferred material for wholesale distributors, abrasive consumables manufacturers, and tool manufacturers worldwide.
Brown Corundum for Refractory
The high aluminum content and excellent chemical stability ensure that the product maintains a stable structure at temperatures exceeding 1600°C, resisting melting, decomposition, or reaction. This also gives us, as a raw material manufacturer, particular attention to the professional compatibility of raw materials with each refractory client.
For this reason, brown fused aluminum oxide, with its high melting point, is generally an ideal aggregate for the production of refractory products in high-load, high-temperature locations (such as ladle lining bricks and slide bricks). It also serves as a key raw material in the production of monolithic refractories (castables, spray coatings, and repair materials), as well as lining materials for steelmaking, glass melting furnaces, and ceramic kilns, and ultimately, as aggregate and fine powder for the production of slide bricks, breathable bricks, and plug bricks. Due to the strict control of our entire production line, our brown fused alumina can achieve excellent properties with a bulk density of 3.90–4.10 g/cm³ and an apparent porosity of ≤4%, making it ideal for long-term bulk purchases and supply partnerships between refractory manufacturers and distributors.
